Information provided to Councillors

In addition to business papers relating to Council meetings, Councillors are provided a variety of information to assist them in performing their functions.

While not directly related to an item on the agenda of a Council meeting, this information is provided as a governance tool to allow Councillors to understand the strategic workings of Council.

This information provides factual context to supports Councillors in understanding complex planning, infrastructure and financial matters. Information that is personal information, commercial-in-confidence, legal or cannot be disclosed for statutory reasons will not be published.
