Background

The Heddon Greta Road and Drainage Improvements project will deliver significant upgrades to road pavement and stormwater infrastructure across several key streets in the area. The following streets are proposed for the upgrade:

  • Clift Street – Stanford Street to Heddon Street
  • Averys Lane – Heddon Street to Augusta Close
  • Heddon Street – Main Road to Averys Lane
  • Adam Street – Heddon Street to Earp Street
  • Stanford Street – Main Road to Adam Street
  • Young Street – Main Road to Adam Street

In particular, the Clift Street works will involve the upgrade of stormwater infrastructure to reduce flooding risks for nearby properties, ensuring a safer and more resilient environment for residents.
