Residents outside the waste collection service area can complete this form to obtain vouchers for their household waste & recycling (alternative waste and recycling arrangements).

Blue Disc Service is a special waste collection for people who are unable to present their bins (waste, recycling & organics) on the kerb for collection due to mobility issues. 

Use this form if you are holding an event and require additional bins. 

Charitable and not for profit organisations may use this form to apply for financial assistance for the disposal of waste at the Cessnock Waste Management Centre.

Use this form to apply for paper waste and resource recovery vouchers if you do not have access to a smart phone/device or printer to access them digitally.

Use this form to apply for an additional FULL waste service which includes general waste (red), recycle (yellow) & organic (lime).

Note: If you require only an additional Recycle or Organic please complete a Request for Additional Recycle or Organic Service.

Residents can use this form to apply for the following additional waste services:

• Yellow lid (recycle)
• Lime lid (organics) 

Use this form to apply for a New Waste Service at a property that has never had a service.

Complete this form to cancel an additional service that is no longer required at your property. 

Use this form to cancel a commercial service that is no longer required at your property.
