Local author Lauren Norley will speak about her debut novel The Moments I’ll Never Forget at Kurri Kurri Library from 5.30pm on Tuesday 2 December.

The work of adult fiction follows characters Lucy and Patrick – two strangers united by grief as they embark on a world journey. The book explores themes of love, loss, and human connection.

Norley’s latest release comes after she penned several children’s titles, which include My Aunty Loves Me, Little Person – Big Emotions, Always My Babies, and Some Families.

Library Services Co-ordinator Rose-marie Walters said she was delighted to welcome Norley to Kurri Kurri Library.

"We’re very excited to welcome Lauren Norley to our library, and to hear about her latest book, as well as her children’s titles," said Ms Walters.

"I encourage residents to come along to this interesting author talk, and hear about Lauren’s journey as a writer."

Attendees at the Kurri Kurri Library event will learn about Norley’s creative process, and have the chance to buy her books and have them signed.
